Should You Decorate For The Holidays?

Your home is listed. Should you decortate for the holidays? Will it look too crowded or full of "stuff?" I have found that people who are home shopping during the holidays, really do not mind the decorations that adorn the properties inside and/or out. After all, they are probably decorating at their homes, too. Buyers who are looking at homes during this time of year, expect to see your trees, ornaments, lights and more. They may be looking at this time, because of a job or career change. They understand. Baking a nice cranberry bread or apple pie right before a showing, could actually, help the buyer make their decision about your home. I wouldn't suggest leaving food out for showings, only because some people do have food allergies. To be sure, check with your Realtor.
