Labor Day Weekend is the unofficial, last weekend of summer. This year, it almost seems true. We have much cooler, crisper, weather than we had, even last week. Leaves have turned colors, yes, already, and are falling gently to the ground. Our summer season, this year, was short, cold and wet. I can only imagine what our fall and winter seasons will bring us.
One thing is for sure. The housing market is back to spring market. There are bidding wars, homes that are sold in one day! It's been years since we have seen that happen, even in our latest spring market.
