Amazingly, properties are moving. You wouldn't think so if you listened to or read the news. Homes that have been updated, maintained and are in a good location are what is selling now. If you don't offer all of those terms, you will need to compensate with your price. Price reductions can make up for one of those terms, however, the buyers are choosing the best deal they can find.
